Shipping methods

The delivery of the ordered goods takes place within approx. 3-5 working days after full payment or receipt of the order. Should we receive the ordered goods – for example due to unforeseeable high demand or from bottlenecks with suppliers cannot deliver, we will inform you about immediately inform us of any delay caused by this.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped by DHL or by the forwarding agency Steinhübl GmbH.

Shipping costs

We charge for shipping within Germany:
Up to 3 kg: 7,80 €
Up to 10 kg: 9,10 €
Up to 20 kg: 12,50 €
Up to 31,5 kg: 15,95 €
Up to 31,5 kg: 65,00 €

Additional: All Macchiavalley coffee machines are delivered by a forwarding agent shipped, there are shipping costs of 65,00 €.
